About the Role

What You Bring

Gensler Los Angeles is seeking Junior Designers with at least one year of professional experience. The ideal candidate thinks critically, works with tenacity and consistency, and can develop work both collaboratively and independently. You will collaborate with project leaders and develop materials for project delivery and client presentations. A professional degree in architecture and 1–5 years of related project experience are required. Proficiency in Revit and the Adobe Suite is preferred, with Rhino as a plus, and you must demonstrate strong conceptual 3‑dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills. Familiarity with InDesign, SketchUp, Grasshopper, and parametric modeling is beneficial. Flexibility to manage multiple concurrent projects, clear communication, and a quick‑learning attitude are essential, and a portfolio/work samples must be uploaded with the application. • Hold a professional degree in architecture with 1–5 years of relevant experience. • Proficient in Revit and Adobe Suite; Rhino preferred. • Demonstrate outstanding conceptual 3‑dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills. • Familiarity with InDesign, SketchUp, Grasshopper, and parametric modeling is a plus. • Communicate design ideas and direction quickly. • Quick learner who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
