About the Role

You will work in an open, iterative design process, contributing to conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction documents. What You Bring

As a Gensler Technical Designer, you will collaborate with the design team to develop innovative solutions throughout all project phases, clearly communicating ideas both two‑ and three‑dimensionally. Your communication spans graphics, verbal, and written forms, while your research skills enable rapid problem solving and exploration of artistic or technical issues. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent) and has 3–5 years of related experience. Proficiency in physical and digital modeling using Rhino, Grasshopper, Revit, and Enscape, as well as expert use of Adobe Creative Suite, is required. Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, building codes, and a commitment to sustainable practices (LEED a plus) is valued, along with progress on AXP/ARE exams and strong written, verbal, and graphic communication skills. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and 3‑5 years of experience • Proficient in Rhino, Grasshopper, Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite • Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, building codes; LEED certification a plus • Progress on AXP and/or ARE exams; strong communication skills

Benefits
