About the Role
The Entry Level Sales Representative role focuses on engaging homeowners through direct, in‑person outreach, introducing our remodeling services and special offers, and generating interest for free in‑home product demonstrations, without the pressure of selling. • Engage homeowners in local neighborhoods through direct, in‑person outreach • Introduce remodeling services and special offers via friendly conversation • Generate interest and schedule free in‑home product demonstrations (no selling required) • Use the role as a stepping‑stone to management or advanced sales positions • Stand and walk for 6–8 hours daily • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
