About the Role

As a Marketing Representative In‑House you will manage pre‑arrival allocations for Hilton Grand Vacations Club members, RCI exchangers, renters and marketing‑identified customers staying on property. You will call assigned leads before they arrive to offer customer and marketing services and invite eligible guests to a qualified timeshare sales presentation during their stay, while providing professional customer service and coordinating in‑room calls after check‑in to schedule presentations. • Receive and manage pre‑arrival allocations for club members, exchangers, renters and marketing leads. • Call assigned leads prior to arrival to offer services and invite eligible guests to a timeshare sales presentation. • Provide professional customer service to all guests, projecting a positive company image. • Conduct in‑room calls after check‑in to schedule presentations for owners, renters and exchangers. • Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and maintain service standards. • Champion Hilton’s quality customer‑care culture across all marketing channels. • Handle personal workload, update reports, and maintain location operating standards. • Distribute authorized HGV information, collateral, and materials. • Follow gifting procedures and support concierge services. • Assist with tour or marketing‑related issues and communicate guest needs to resort operations. • Confirm appointments to improve tour reservation show rates. • Ensure delivery of all marketing initiatives. • Build and cultivate a collaborative team environment.
