About the Role
The Operator – Heavy Equipment is responsible for safely operating heavy equipment such as forklift, excavator, bulldozer, and front‑end loader at recycling centers, landfills, or transfer stations to transfer, spread, cover, load, or compact waste or soil. Key duties include performing pre‑ and post‑operation inspections, continuously monitoring waste and equipment condition, performing minor service and documenting reports, following all safety policies, keeping the shop clean, and completing other assigned tasks.

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least two years of heavy‑equipment operation experience and one year of experience working at OSHA‑regulated sites.

The position offers a pay range of $24.10 to $33.10 per hour, dependent on locality, and may include a bonus plan.
