About the Role

The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for keeping guestrooms, public spaces, and back‑of‑the‑house areas in excellent repair, contributing to an attractive and well‑maintained hotel. The role involves work across several trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, air‑conditioning, painting, wall covering, and masonry. Employees are expected to demonstrate a strong commitment to the Spirit of Service culture toward guests and teammates. • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance in guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑the‑house facilities. • Participate in 401(k) plan with company match, life insurance, and stock purchase program. • Work 8‑hour rotating shifts (7 am–11 pm) with a 30‑minute paid break, including weekends and holidays.
