About the Role

The Sr. Supply Planning Manager will provide strategic leadership by setting departmental goals, performance standards and planning methodologies, and will represent the function in executive‑level discussions. They will develop and maintain advanced planning tools and models for scenario analysis, perform analytics on supply risks, cost impacts and schedule trade‑offs, and drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy. The manager will also handle escalations of supplier delays, engineering changes and schedule conflicts, coordinating with Procurement, Engineering and Project Management leadership to resolve high‑impact issues.

What You Bring

Candidates must have 8–10 years of experience in supply planning, procurement or operations, including leadership of multi‑level teams. Strong proficiency with ERP systems, planning tools and data‑analytics platforms such as PowerBI and Python is required, along with excellent strategic thinking, communication and stakeholder‑management skills. A proven track record of leading cross‑functional initiatives, driving operational improvements and deep knowledge of utility‑scale PV, BESS and high‑voltage project supply chains is essential.

The salary range for this position is $126,076 – $163,900 per year.
