About the Role

The TIM Coordinator will manage four core areas: program management, incident‑response training, technology deployment, and statistical analysis. Program duties involve building a regional TIM team, creating a strategic plan, representing the client at conferences, and serving as a liaison with federal, state and local agencies. Training responsibilities include maintaining and delivering responder curricula, safety programs, and electronic training records while preparing grant applications. Technology tasks require establishing beta‑test guidelines, evaluating new hardware/software, and integrating IT solutions to improve safety and clearance efficiency. Statistical work consists of collecting raw incident data, collaborating with data scientists on dashboards, and producing performance and ad‑hoc reports. • Build and lead a regional TIM stakeholder team and develop a TIM Program Strategic Plan. • Act as client representative at statewide conferences, workgroup meetings, and industry events. • Liaise with federal, state, and local agencies on TIM coordination and multi‑agency plan development. • Produce meeting agendas, minutes, studies, and maintain a central repository for TIM program materials. • Develop and execute a TIM program marketing plan to drive agency participation and quantify value. • Collaborate on incident responder training, update SOPs, and create a safety program aligned with OSHA and agency mandates. • Maintain electronic training records, track recertifications, and prepare grant applications for funding. • Define beta‑testing guidelines for new TIM technologies and lead a technology evaluation team. • Integrate IT solutions to enhance staff safety, incident clearance efficiency, and data capture. • Collect and analyze incident data, create real‑time dashboards, and generate statistical performance reports.
