Shipping/Receiving Coordinator

About the Role

The Shipping/Receiving Associate is responsible for ensuring that all products are shipped and received accurately and on time. This role involves handling inbound materials, preparing outbound shipments, and maintaining inventory integrity through cycle counts and other control activities. The position requires close coordination with supervisors and team members, reporting any discrepancies, and adhering to safety protocols while operating equipment such as fork trucks. • Unload incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips. • Inspect deliveries for damage or defects, log discrepancies, and notify the supervisor. • Package and load outbound equipment, including protective wrapping. • Pull parts for Transfer and Sales Orders and ensure items are correctly labeled with part numbers. • Store products in designated SKU locations and maintain orderly inventory. • Communicate process concerns promptly to supervisors or team members. • Perform cycle counts across multiple floor locations to maintain inventory accuracy. • Assist with product assembly when required. • Operate fork trucks and other material-handling equipment safely.

What You Bring

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least three years of material-control experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective verbal communication skills.
