About the Role
Certify conformance to contract agreements, procurement, invoicing, inventory, and quality control. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, VISTA, Oracle, and the inventory control system Intellitrack, as well as FAA Web. Communicate effectively with FAA site personnel, FAA Item Managers, Field Engineers, Project Managers, coordinators, and vendors concerning parts, vouchers, shipments, audits, and any other support they may require. Prepare and process FAA orders, including CDLS vouchers, IDIQ BOMs, 4650-12s, material requisitions, and bills of lading, according to FAA priorities. Pull, pack, and ship parts, loading and unloading trucks, and weigh and stage new equipment per IDIQ BOM, tagging with site/order specifications, serial numbers, and required freight labels. Schedule special and same‑day shipments and pickups, maintain inventory to minimum/maximum levels, barcode parts, units, and locations, and process purchase requests with cost and selling price calculations. Provide 24/7 after‑hours on‑call support on a rotating basis, receive and process Return Material Authorization items, and perform other related duties as required. • Certify contract compliance, procurement, invoicing, inventory, and quality control. • Process FAA orders, vouchers, requisitions, and bills of lading per priority. • Pull, pack, and ship parts; load/unload trucks; weigh, stage, and tag equipment. • Schedule special and same‑day shipments and pickups. • Maintain inventory levels, barcode parts, and track locations. • Handle purchase requests with cost and pricing calculations. • Provide 24/7 rotating after‑hours on‑call support. • Receive and process Return Material Authorization items.

What You Bring
Requires a high school diploma from an accredited institution and a minimum of two years of warehouse experience, preferably in inventory management, receiving, order picking, packaging, shipping, and generating purchase requisitions. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, operate a forklift and order picker, and pass Hazmat training. A North Carolina driver’s license in good standing is required to pick up parts at other facilities or distributors. Relocation is not provided; candidates must reside within a 50‑mile radius of Raleigh, NC. An associate degree in inventory control or a related field, along with proficiency in Intellitrack and Microsoft Office Suite, is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills for correspondence and training presentations are required. Forklift certification is also required. • Use Microsoft Office, SAP, VISTA, Oracle, Intellitrack, and FAA Web systems. • Lift up to 50 lb, operate forklift and order picker, complete Hazmat training. • Hold a valid NC driver’s license and reside within 50 mi of Raleigh. • Possess high school diploma and 2+ years warehouse experience in key functions. • Associate degree in inventory control preferred; forklift certification required. • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication for emails, calls, and training.
