About the Role
The Distribution Sales Manager for the Commercial Security Products portfolio—Exacq, Kantech, and Illustra—will drive sales growth through national and regional distribution partners across the United States and Canada. Reporting to the Sales Director, the manager will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Technical Support, as well as Regional Sales Managers and their teams. Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic business plans, managing a portfolio of authorized distributors, and promoting solutions via joint marketing, training, and sales enablement programs. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure operational excellence in channel support, forecasting, and supply‑chain logistics, as well as tracking performance metrics, conducting regular business reviews, and supporting pricing and promotional initiatives. • Drive revenue growth through national and regional distribution partners • Build and maintain strong relationships with authorized distributors • Create and execute go‑to‑market and joint marketing campaigns for security solutions • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize channel support, forecasting, and logistics • Track distributor performance metrics and conduct regular business reviews • Support pricing, promotional, and program execution to enhance partner competitiveness

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or possess equivalent experience, and have proven distribution or channel sales experience in commercial security.
