About the Role
In this role you will move, stock, receive, and pack outbound warehouse merchandise, operate necessary equipment, and read blueprints and order acknowledgments. You will properly crate and protect materials, handle replacement part orders, and follow DOT regulations for highway transport. Maintaining a clean work area, participating in 5S standards, and troubleshooting basic issues are also required. • Move, stock, receive, and pack outbound warehouse merchandise • Operate warehouse equipment and read blueprints and order acknowledgments • Crate and protect materials using hand and power tools • Handle replacement part orders and follow shipping instructions and regulations • Apply DOT rules for safe highway transport and secure loads on trailers • Maintain a clean work area and adhere to 5S standards • Troubleshoot basic equipment issues • Prepare bills of lading and shipping reports; check shipments and observe truck loading • Lift up to 40 lb (40‑100 lb with assistance) and perform physical tasks in all weather conditions

What You Bring
Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent and 0‑2 years of manufacturing experience. The ability to lift up to 40 lb (and up to 100 lb with assistance or equipment) and basic computer skills are required. Forklift certification or the ability to obtain it, and the capacity to interpret order acknowledgments and prepare bills of lading are essential. Preferred qualifications include 1‑2 years of related experience and a welding certification. • Demonstrate basic computer proficiency and forklift operation (or obtain certification) • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; 0‑2 years manufacturing experience preferred • Preferred: 1‑2 years related experience and certified welder status
