About the Role
The Senior Graphic Designer will support a major manufacturing client within JLL's commercial real‑estate practice, delivering high‑quality visual communications across multiple channels while maintaining brand consistency and meeting tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. • Create visual designs for marketing materials, presentations, proposals, and digital communications. • Develop branded collateral such as brochures, fact sheets, property marketing assets, and signage. • Design engaging content for websites, social media, and produce infographics and data visualizations. • Ensure all creative work adheres to client brand guidelines and JLL standards. • Manage multiple concurrent design projects, coordinate with vendors and printers, and meet tight deadlines. • Participate in client meetings, present design concepts, and iterate based on feedback.

What You Bring
This on‑site position is based in Tallahassee, FL, and does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field. • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in B2B or commercial real estate. • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and print production processes. • Experience with digital design, web graphics, social media content, and PowerPoint template creation. • Preferred: experience with manufacturing or industrial clients and motion graphics/video editing.
