About the Role

The Project Controls Integration Analyst supports the Transportation division by ensuring smooth project operations, tracking costs, schedules, and performance indicators across four regions, and applying technical expertise in programming, data visualization, and construction controls. • Verify cost accuracy and completeness of quantities, takeoffs, and project costs with project teams. • Develop and maintain databases for tracking construction projects and enable data entry interfaces. • Review monthly billing and payments to ensure accuracy and consistency across reports. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency. • Create EAC and other project evaluation reports using Tableau and Power BI. • Assist in building and updating cost‑loaded schedules, coordinating with lnEight and ERP systems. • Provide technical support for lnEight, Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Access, and Microsoft Office applications. • May stoop, kneel, or bend occasionally. • Must follow all safety standards and procedures. • Frequently use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry, or feel objects. • Interact with people and technology regularly throughout the shift. • Lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 lb occasionally. • Sit, stand, or walk short distances for the duration of a shift. • Use telephone, computer, email, and electronic devices frequently for communication.

Candidates should have at least one year of construction project controls or cost analysis experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, and strong communication and analytical abilities. The position involves physical activities such as occasional stooping, lifting up to 50 lb, and regular interaction with technology, while adhering to safety standards; it is classified as non‑safety‑sensitive. • Possess 1+ year of hands‑on construction project controls or cost analysis experience. • Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • Certifications such as Primavera P6 Professional, Tableau Essential Training, or Data Visualization storytelling are a plus. • Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. • Experience with lnEight, Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Access, and Microsoft Office. • Proficient in programming (C, C++, Java, Perl, Raspberry Pi), web development (HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, React.js), databases (MySQL, NoSQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), plus AI applications.
