About the Role
The Cash Management Process Lead is responsible for executing and monitoring daily cash management operations, including bank account management, in‑house banking, intercompany transactions and liquidity forecasting. The role manages daily cash activities such as reconciling cash positions, forecasting liquidity, processing in‑house banking transactions and supporting period‑end reporting. • Reconcile daily cash positions across bank accounts and consolidate cash flow inputs for liquidity forecasts. • Develop and update cash flow forecasts by analysing transactions and planned activities. • Manage daily bank account activities and ensure accounts are accurately mapped in SAP. • Execute internal payments, netting transactions, and intercompany settlements in compliance with procedures. • Analyse and reconcile monthly bank fee statements, ensuring alignment with agreements and policies. • Prepare cash management reports for month‑end close, including cash position summaries and reconciliations. • Adhere to control requirements, documentation standards and company policies.

What You Bring
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce and 5–7 years of experience in cash management or treasury operations. Technical proficiency includes SAP Treasury or any ERP system, advanced MS Excel, Blackline and knowledge of bank interfaces and payment workflows. Strong English communication skills and the ability to work within defined controls, documentation standards and company policies are essential. Key competencies include understanding the cash management process and core systems, seeking support for unfamiliar scenarios, and applying problem‑solving skills to resolve routine and ad‑hoc issues while escalating matters outside scope. The role demands organization expertise, cross‑functional integration with Treasury, accountability for task ownership, meeting month‑end deadlines with accuracy, and timely escalation of risks or errors.
