Job Highlights
About the Role
• Design and develop final distribution products (Fusegear) and related plastic, sheet‑metal, machined, and die‑cast components. • Apply relevant IS and IEC standards throughout the design process. • Create design documentation including component drawings, bills of materials, instructions, and assembly/testing procedures. • Conduct product approval testing and obtain certification according to applicable standards. • Evaluate product applications and customize solutions to meet market requirements. • Initiate design improvements based on internal and external customer feedback. • Utilize 3D modelling tools such as Creo and SolidWorks, and work with SAP and soft‑simulation software. • Apply Six Sigma, DOE, value engineering, statistical tools, GD&T, and tolerance stack‑up analysis in product development.
