About the Role

The General Manager is accountable for financial performance, compliance with company policies, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The position drives safety culture, manages resources, and ensures projects are delivered on budget, on schedule, and with quality. MasTec offers competitive compensation, a comprehensive benefits package, and a commitment to equal employment opportunity. • Provide leadership and support to construction and project management teams • Develop processes to ensure projects are completed from start to finish • Oversee construction supervisors, managers, and project managers to deliver projects safely, on budget, on schedule, and to design specifications • Resolve project disputes through negotiation • Coordinate with OFS support and back‑office staff to meet reporting and financial deadlines • Prepare weekly revenue and cost reports • Manage material, equipment, production costs, and delivery schedules • Prioritize projects based on customer needs and resource availability • Evaluate employee performance, assign jobs, retain talent, and develop team skill sets • Interface with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to identify market growth opportunities • Drive safety culture and monitor SSO, MVI, TRIR, and DART metrics

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in telecom construction • Proven problem‑solving skills and hands‑on work approach • Strong safety focus and ability to track work quality • Ability to coach, mentor, and drive change within teams • Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn custom software • Understanding of basic accounting principles
