About the Role
In this role you will support all phases of utility construction on various telecom projects, operating and maintaining light construction equipment, troubleshooting field issues, and interpreting utility locates to ensure crew safety and productivity. • Operate and maintain light construction equipment (backhoes, cable plows, trenchers, hydraulic reel trailers, etc.). • Troubleshoot on‑site problems as they arise. • Read and interpret utility locates and underground utility indicators to protect crew safety and maximize productivity.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate prioritizes safety, consistently produces quality work, enjoys hands‑on problem solving, has experience operating heavy equipment in underground telecom work, holds a CDL, and may have relevant MOS codes such as 12N, 12V, 21E, or 21J. • Hold a valid CDL. • Experience operating heavy equipment on construction sites, specifically in underground telecom work. • Demonstrated commitment to safety and high‑quality workmanship. • Ability to solve complex problems with a hands‑on approach. • Relevant military MOS codes (12N, 12V, 21E, 21J) are a strong fit.
