About the Role
In this role you will oversee resident engagement, community operations, and administrative duties, ensuring seamless move‑ins and move‑outs, conducting tours, and coordinating resident events while upholding safety standards and property appearance. • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and visitors, providing friendly and professional service. • Address resident needs with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues to leadership when necessary. • Conduct both walk‑in and scheduled community tours for prospective residents. • Facilitate seamless move‑ins and move‑outs, ensuring a positive experience for residents. • Inspect homes prior to occupancy to verify quality standards. • Perform property walks to identify maintenance or curb‑appeal issues and report them. • Assist in planning and executing resident events to foster community engagement. • Help enforce safety standards and community policies throughout the property. • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date resident records and assist in preparing community reports. • Provide support for day‑to‑day administrative tasks as assigned by management. • Participate in a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions.

Candidates should have at least two years of customer‑service experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to solve problems and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
