About the Role
• Load and unload equipment • Supply materials and tools to other trades • Clean work areas, machines and equipment • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and staging; level ground for scaffolding • Operate motor and grout equipment, move and shovel material • Perform general cleanup, debris removal and disposal • Place, push, pull and shovel concrete; vibrate concrete • Build relationships with diverse coworkers and follow assigned duties

What You Bring
Mortenson is hiring a Laborer to support construction sites by handling materials, assembling and dismantling equipment, preparing work areas and maintaining clean machines and workspaces. The role requires physical stamina, teamwork and adherence to safety standards. The position does not offer visa sponsorship and candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. • Prior construction experience preferred • Proficient with power and hand tools, vibrators, pumps, drills, jackhammers, forklifts, skid loaders and power buggies • Strong teamwork, positive attitude and professional customer service skills • Detail‑oriented with effective communication and active listening • Ability to perform repetitive hand, arm and leg movements • Lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 lb; heavier loads require assistance or equipment
