About the Role
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining detailed construction schedules, monitoring critical‑path impacts, leading monthly progress meetings, and producing risk assessments and 4D/5D models. The role also involves generating monthly progress reports, conducting design verifications and site walks, performing forensic scheduling analysis, and managing resource‑ and cost‑loading activities while mentoring junior schedulers. • Create and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6. • Develop and monitor critical‑path schedules, identifying and resolving impacts. • Lead monthly progress meetings with project managers, designers, and contractors. • Produce qualitative and quantitative risk assessments and integrate 4D/5D models. • Generate monthly progress reports and conduct design verifications and site walks. • Perform forensic scheduling analysis and validate as‑planned schedules. • Manage resource and cost loading, supporting scope control and change management. • Mentor junior scheduler team members.

What You Bring
The company is seeking a Senior Scheduler to support a themed‑entertainment client in Glendale, CA. The ideal candidate is proficient in Primavera P6 and has prior experience scheduling themed‑entertainment projects. Required knowledge encompasses qualitative and quantitative risk assessment, forensic scheduling, estimate validation, pre‑ and post‑construction cost audits, and project document control. Candidates must demonstrate high‑level logic‑driven scheduling, strong written and oral communication, teamwork, self‑development, dependability, and creative problem‑solving. Education and experience expectations include a BS in Construction Management or Engineering, 5–7 years of project scheduling or project engineering experience, and preferably certifications such as PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT, or MRICS. • Required: BS in Construction Management/Engineering, 5‑7 years scheduling experience, Primavera P6 proficiency, themed‑entertainment project background. • Preferred certifications: PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT, or MRICS.
