About the Role

The Sales Administrator supports the Sales and Marketing teams by handling day‑to‑day administrative tasks, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth operation of sales, marketing and accounting systems. This role helps maintain a professional reception area, manage event logistics, and assist with data entry and reporting across multiple platforms. • Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and maintain a tidy reception area. • Support New Home Consultants by scheduling appointments and coordinating with JV greeters. • Plan, organize, and execute sales, broker, and community events, including trade shows and Welcome Home Center displays. • Process purchase orders, filing, faxing, copying, and other accounting forms. • Post transactions, manage purchase agreements, update inventory, and distribute gift cards using JD Edwards. • Maintain and update sales and marketing data, assist in collateral development, and coordinate community signage. • Gather traffic data, manage Mortgage Status Reports, and enter information into Lennar systems. • Troubleshoot Siebel issues and oversee model maintenance. • Order office supplies, distribute mail and packages, and assist the Assistant Controller on various projects.

What You Bring

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; college degree in Marketing or related field preferred. • At least three years of administrative experience, preferably in new home sales or construction environments. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus. • Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and time‑management skills. • Ability to work on‑site regularly, including long hours in a construction trailer and physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb.
