About the Role
The Account Manager will manage customer accounts and ensure chemical programs deliver value and performance. Responsibilities include maintaining field inventory, handling customer expectations, providing technical sales support, performing field service and pump maintenance, conducting lab analysis, and overseeing preventive and remedial maintenance on‑site while collaborating with internal teams. • Maintain chemical field inventory and ensure timely replenishment. • Handle customer expectations through immediate and effective problem‑solving. • Understand client needs and provide technical sales support to capture sales opportunities. • Perform field service work on client operations and service pumps in the field. • Conduct laboratory analysis and interpret results for troubleshooting and reporting. • Manage onsite maintenance services, including preventive and remedial actions. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver operational excellence. • On‑site role with customers in the Delaware Basin.

What You Bring
Successful candidates will have at least two years of experience in upstream chemicals and oil & gas, a mechanical aptitude for hands‑on field work, strong communication and presentation skills, and a solid understanding of upstream chemical applications and processes. • Minimum of 2 years' experience in upstream chemicals and oil & gas. • Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform hands‑on field work. • Strong communication and presentation skills to engage clients and management. • Solid understanding of upstream chemical applications and processes.
