About the Role
The Technician 1 role focuses on preventive maintenance and repairs of our equipment fleet, which includes aerial work platforms, construction tools, large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC and oil/gas machinery. Technicians work in a safety‑first environment to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability across more than 1,000 North American locations. • Build skills by working on a variety of makes, models and equipment • Develop new skills for a career track in service or operations management • Provide own tools of trade as needed • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to minimize equipment downtime • Operate safely on aerial work platforms, pumps, generators, HVAC and oil/gas equipment

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, with trade‑school training preferred, and have 1‑3 years of experience servicing diesel, heavy construction, or specialty line equipment. The position may require the technician to provide their own tools and to be bilingual when local needs dictate. • High school diploma or GED required; trade‑school training preferred • 1–3 years of technician experience with diesel, heavy construction or specialty equipment • Knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting fundamentals • Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals • Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location
