Additional responsibilities involve managing marketing activities, assisting with RFP responses, ensuring proper use of front‑end technology, and overseeing risk management and rent‑ready preparation. • Act as main point of contact with owners' representatives. • Review and approve property purchases adhering to expense budgets. • Partner with Marketing to develop budgets, plans, and monitor ad spend. • Participate in revenue‑management pricing calls. • Analyze resident and mystery‑shop surveys; create action plans for gaps. • Oversee marketing activities: market comps, lead reports, screening metrics. • Assist with RFP responses and pitch participation. • Ensure property staff utilize front‑end technology correctly. • Manage risk, safety standards, and rent‑ready preparation with maintenance teams. • Mentor and develop Property and Area Managers. • Apply financial expertise to budgets and reporting. • Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 20 lb.

The manager oversees Property and Area Managers, mentors lower‑level staff, and ensures corporate policies are implemented to exceed client expectations. The position demands strong financial acumen, proficiency with Yardi and Microsoft Office, and preferably certifications such as CPM, CCI, RPA, or CAM. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and a real‑estate license is required in some markets. Candidates must have at least five years of property‑management experience and five years of supervisory experience. The role operates in a professional office environment with regular travel (up to 60%) between properties and requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 20 pounds and navigating stairs. • Maintain proficiency in Yardi, Microsoft Office, and related software. • Hold at least 5 years of property‑management and management experience. • Preferably possess a Bachelor’s degree and certifications (CPM, CCI, RPA, CAM). • Real‑estate license required in certain markets. • Travel up to 60% between properties, handling varied weather conditions.

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $114,750 to $135,000, with competitive pay based on location, experience, and collective bargaining status.
