About the Role
Colliers Engineering & Design seeks a Regional Discipline Leader for the Construction Engineering & Inspection Discipline in Florida, responsible for professional, technical, management, marketing, administrative, and financial aspects, and directing Geographic Discipline Leaders within the region. The role provides leadership, drives productivity, profitability, client satisfaction, and quality, while handling discipline marketing, business development, cross‑selling of services, billings, collections, resource sharing, staffing, regional training, staff development, utilization monitoring, compliance with CED policies, and regular travel to regional offices and project sites. • Lead and manage the regional construction engineering discipline to meet goals. • Drive productivity, profitability, client satisfaction, and quality of work. • Oversee discipline marketing, business development, and cross‑selling of services. • Manage billings, collections, and financial performance. • Coordinate resource sharing and staffing with geographic discipline leaders. • Conduct regional training, staff procurement, and development. • Monitor staff utilization and implement corrective actions. • Ensure compliance with CED policies, including health and safety programs. • Travel regularly to regional offices and project sites. • Secure business with FDOT districts, water/wastewater districts, CFX, GMA, counties, cities, and municipalities.

What You Bring
Candidates must have 20+ years of transportation construction experience, a bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering, prior FDOT experience, proven team management, strong leadership and decision‑making skills, computer proficiency, willingness to work outdoors, strong mathematics and communication abilities, attention to detail, a valid US driver’s license, and fluency in English. • Minimum 20 years transportation construction experience. • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering. • Prior FDOT experience. • Proven team management experience. • Strong leadership and decisive decision‑making abilities. • Proficiency with computers and software adaptation. • Ability to work outdoors on project sites for extended periods. • Strong mathematics and communication skills. • High attention to detail. • Valid US driver’s license and fluent English proficiency.
