About the Role

The role offers the chance to work alongside a highly skilled team delivering Information Management from strategy to project execution for global clients. You will be responsible for implementing CDEs, managing user access, ensuring document compliance and providing training and reporting across the programme. • Implement CDE metadata, permissions, folder structures and workflows. • Create and manage user accounts and security groups. • Support production of project documentation and client requirements. • Detail CDE requirements for project or programme Information Standards. • Update and adjust CDE configuration for new teams and evolving work methods. • Monitor compliance of incoming and outgoing documents through workflows. • Track workflow progress, report outstanding reviews and resolve blockers. • Provide regular progress reports and respond to ad‑hoc reporting requests. • Conduct audits of file naming, storage locations and user access; deliver compliance reports. • Serve as primary contact for CDE queries and issues. • Organise and deliver training sessions, maintain training logs and distribute user guides. • Provide advanced training for super users and administrators on CDE functionality. • Generate ad‑hoc reports on system usage, compliance and user activity.

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Document Controller. • Consultancy experience desirable. • Knowledge of BIM in the context of Information Management. • Understanding of ISO 19650 (especially Part 2) and its impact on Document Control. • Administrator‑level experience with SharePoint, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Aconex, ViewPoint, Asite or Dalux. • User‑level experience with another CDE/EDMS or similar system. • Advanced Microsoft Office skills; optional use of e‑procurement or ACC Take‑off features. • Independent, self‑motivated work style. • Ability to work in diverse, skilled teams. • Clear communication with all project stakeholders. • Capability to lead project meetings, workshops and presentations. • Methodical, inquisitive approach; comfortable challenging others. • Degree‑level education preferred or equivalent demonstrable experience.
