About the Role

Reporting to the In Tenancy Team, the Administrator will provide phone‑ and email‑driven support to managers and teams, ensuring smooth administrative processes that contribute to business objectives and high‑quality service. • Coordinate and schedule property access appointments. • Monitor and manage multiple team inboxes. • Manage bookings and maintain accurate records. • Process invoices and perform precise data entry. • Liaise with landlords, letting agents, occupants, subcontractors and internal teams. • Provide administrative support to managers to meet branch objectives.

What You Bring

Candidates must have resided in the UK for at least five years, possess the right to work in the UK, and will be subject to background, identity and security (BPSS) checks. A valid passport, proof of address and references are required, and driving a Mears vehicle requires meeting age, licence and penalty‑point criteria. • Demonstrated customer‑service experience with strong written and verbal communication. • Excellent attention to detail for record updates and reporting. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including basic Excel. • Thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Benefits
