About the Role

The role provides leadership, direction, coordination, and performance management for all assigned maintenance and facility support activities. Responsibilities include overseeing the “Safety First” program, managing customer relations, employee development, staffing, policy implementation, budgeting, and cost control. We are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Manager to oversee all aspects of operations at our location. The ideal candidate will have extensive preventative and predictive maintenance experience with conveyor systems and a strong background in reliability maintenance principles. A bachelor’s degree in industrial maintenance, engineering, management or a related field is required. Candidates must have at least five years of maintenance management experience, including supervision, planning/scheduling, and estimating, with reliability experience strongly preferred. Active participation in professional organizations such as SMRP, IFMA, or BOMA and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are also desired. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management or related field. • Possess at least five years of maintenance management experience, including supervision, planning/scheduling, and estimating. • Prefer candidates with reliability maintenance experience and professional certifications (SMRP, IFMA, BOMA). • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
