About the Role
As a JLL Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventive maintenance (PPM), proactive and reactive work on a range of industrial utilities and HVAC equipment. You will ensure all client equipment operates efficiently, complies with regulations, JLL policies, and health and safety requirements, and maintain accurate maintenance records within JLL's facility management systems. The role includes liaising with specialists and suppliers for parts procurement, undertaking contractor control duties on behalf of JLL clients, and supporting JLL's commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency in maintenance activities. • Perform planned preventive, proactive, and reactive maintenance on HVAC and industrial utility equipment. • Service air handling units, water‑cooled and air‑cooled chillers (including centrifugal and screw types), refrigeration units, heating systems, and compressed air systems. • Ensure equipment operates efficiently and complies with statutory regulations, JLL policies, and health & safety standards. • Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete required documentation in JLL’s facility management system. • Liaise with specialists and suppliers for parts procurement and industry requirements. • Control contractors on behalf of JLL clients. • Support sustainability and energy‑efficiency initiatives in all maintenance activities.

What You Bring
A relevant trade qualification or apprenticeship in Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC disciplines is required, along with certifications such as a Refrigeration F‑GAS 2079 Certificate. Candidates should have proven hands‑on experience maintaining and troubleshooting refrigeration and HVAC equipment in commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, or data‑centre environments, a full clean driving licence, and strong problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills. • Hold a relevant trade qualification or apprenticeship in electrical, mechanical, or HVAC disciplines. • Possess certifications such as a Refrigeration F‑GAS 2079 Certificate. • Demonstrate hands‑on experience troubleshooting refrigeration and HVAC equipment in commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, or data‑centre settings. • Hold a full, clean driving licence. • Exhibit strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
