About the Role

Successful candidates will address complex environmental challenges, support project managers, and work collaboratively across disciplines to realize client visions. They will become versed in federal, state, and local regulations as well as Kimley‑Horn and client standards, while gaining exposure to natural‑resource regulation, water‑quality programs, wetlands identification, and related scientific areas. Limited travel, about 10 % of the time, may be required. • Solve complex environmental problems and assist project managers. • Collaborate across disciplines to deliver client‑focused built‑environment solutions. • Develop expertise in natural‑resource regulations, water‑quality programs, wetlands identification, botany, soil science, ecology, wildlife biology, water resources, GIS, and environmental science. • Participate in financial wellness programs including student‑loan matching, performance bonuses, and 401(k) contributions.
