About the Role

As a Part‑Time Administrator you will support the team by handling administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring legal paperwork is prepared, scheduled and delivered, and maintaining daily operational plans. Working hours are Monday to Wednesday, 08:00‑17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime as required. • Arrange dates to obtain warrants and coordinate forced entries for legal processes • Collate and print legal letters for hand delivery • Check next‑day planned work for accuracy • Handle emails and queries across all areas • Answer phone calls from the overspill system • Plan monthly service requirements for smoke alarms and gas assets • Cover duties of absent team members
