Senior Revit Technician- Structures
Lead BIM modeling, coordination, and mentoring for structural design using Revit.
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Deliver integrated Autodesk Revit and Navisworks project deliverables. • Ensure model quality and accuracy. • Coordinate designs with building services, architecture, and other engineering disciplines. • Mentor peers and provide technical documentation and engineering advice. • Perform drawing reviews and model audits using Bluebeam, Navisworks, etc. • Troubleshoot issues and support technical team members. • Lead coordination and collaboration via federated models in Navisworks and BIM 360. • Liaise with other engineering teams to incorporate all design elements. • Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans. • Take accountability for own and subordinate work. • Develop creative solutions and document supporting research. • Conduct Revit and BIM training sessions. • Detail concrete, steel, and precast structures independently. • Set up and coordinate BIM protocol and execution plans for projects.

What You Bring
• Hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering (preferred). • Minimum 10 years of production experience in building design, BIM modeling and Revit coordination. • At least 7 years Middle East experience (preferred). • 2‑3 years hands‑on experience with BIM 360 / ACC. • Autodesk BIM Certified Professional (preferred). • Experience with Dynamo, Grasshopper or Rhino (preferred). • Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Resourceful team‑player able to work independently.
