About the Role
The Driver – CDL (B) is responsible for safely operating a collection truck and delivering courteous, complete waste removal services. The role includes ensuring the vehicle meets the company's safety standards before each shift, complying with all company, state, and federal regulations, and completing daily vehicle condition reports to address any defects promptly. Each day begins with a thorough pre‑ and post‑operation inspection to verify tire pressure, fluid levels, safety equipment, gauges, and controls. The driver follows the assigned route sheet, operates manual or automatic controls to lift, compact, and unload refuse, and interacts professionally with customers, dispatchers, and supervisors to ensure timely service. Drivers monitor waste for unacceptable materials, tag unsatisfactory containers, clean accidental spills in accordance with safety policies, and keep the truck and packer blade clean on each disposal trip. They complete required route productivity sheets, VCRs, and other reports while maintaining productivity standards and participating in the company's ReSOP safety program.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a Class B (or higher) Commercial Driver’s License with an air‑brakes endorsement.
