About the Role
• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C, and electrical duties. • Assist Service Manager with various tasks as needed. • Complete service requests accurately and promptly. • Conduct preventative maintenance repairs. • Respond to emergency service calls per company policy. • Assist with resident functions. • Participate in community preservation and preventive maintenance programs.

What You Bring
