Perform maintenance tasks (appliance, carpentry, plumbing, AC, electrical) for apartments.

About the Role
• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C, and electrical duties. • Assist Service Manager with various tasks as needed. • Complete service requests accurately and promptly. • Conduct preventative maintenance repairs. • Respond to emergency service calls per company policy. • Assist with resident functions. • Participate in community preservation and preventive maintenance programs.

What You Bring
• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience. • A/C Certification Type II or Universal. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Punctual, dependable, self‑starter, and a team player. • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and be on‑call.
