About the Role

The Fab Machine Operator performs technical fabrication of raw materials in the Fabrication Department using metal processing equipment. The position involves preparing machines, following work orders, producing parts, and ensuring quality through inspections. • Observe all safety and hygiene regulations • Receive work assignments and instructions from supervisor • Set up PLC, analog, or manual-controlled machines • Operate equipment to produce parts • Interpret work orders, Kanban cards, and drawings • Complete required paperwork and system transactions • Maintain tools, equipment, and materials for continuous operation • Inspect finished components against specifications • Perform operator maintenance on machining and fabrication equipment • Report abnormalities and submit maintenance work orders • Complete additional tasks assigned by management • Maintain safe work habits, good attendance, and ability to work without direct supervision

What You Bring

Applicants need at least a high school diploma or GED and experience with precision measuring tools such as calipers, protractors, and tape measures.
