About the Role
The Sales Executive role in Indianapolis will represent LoopNet’s sophisticated digital advertising solutions, partnering with top owners and brokers to create comprehensive marketing strategies that showcase property portfolios. Success relies on building long‑lasting, service‑focused relationships, advising on product frequency, reach, and ROI, and leveraging CoStar’s industry expertise through prospecting, market research, and product demonstrations. New hires receive extensive classroom and field training and will work alongside internal product, marketing, and management specialists. • Build consultative client relationships to drive advertising revenue and act as a trusted marketing advisor. • Prospect and acquire new B2B clients using CoStar’s extensive property data. • Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to achieve sales targets. • Develop expertise in digital advertising, commercial real estate, and market trends within your territory. • Deliver proactive customer support, market insights, and solutions that help clients meet their goals. • Conduct regular in‑person meetings and travel by car as needed for client engagements.

What You Bring
• Minimum 4 years B2B sales experience, 2 years commercial real‑estate experience, bachelor’s degree, and a valid driver’s license. • Proven record of exceeding sales quotas and commitment to previous employers. • Preferred: ability to engage senior/C‑suite stakeholders, analyze data for strategic recommendations, and adapt in a high‑growth environment.
