About the Role
In this role you will set and review MPS strategy, establish sales forecasts, partner with manufacturing on operational planning, and create distribution and territory management plans. You will oversee contracts, commission agreements, and a regional sales team of five, while driving new product development and launches. • Drive sales of portable, modular, and static crushing and screening equipment across Europe and Africa (excluding East Africa). • Develop and execute MPS strategy, sales forecasts, and distribution/territory plans. • Lead a regional sales team of five and manage a network of distributors. • Manage equipment and parts budgets, product launches, and aftermarket services.

What You Bring
The Sales Director for Europe & Africa will be accountable for sales of portable, modular, and static crushing and screening equipment, excluding East Africa. Success requires deep expertise in capital equipment within aggregates, mining, or recycling, and knowledge of crushing, screening, washing, bulk handling, technical sales, product training, and project engineering. Candidates should hold a technical/mechanical or business management degree, possess extensive experience in aggregates, mining or recycling, and demonstrate expertise in crushing, screening, and washing applications. A proven record of business growth, distributor network development, and strategic execution, together with strong verbal and written communication, is essential. • Hold a degree in technical/mechanical or business management with extensive experience in aggregates, mining, or recycling. • Demonstrate a proven track record in technical sales, business growth, and strategic execution. • Exhibit strong leadership, communication, and motivational abilities.
