What You Bring
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing—or equivalent experience—and have several years of district‑level management and sales experience, with readiness to travel extensively. Essential skills include deep product knowledge, strong leadership, organizational ability, coaching, profit‑and‑loss management, and a commitment to safety, with physical demands such as lifting and indoor/outdoor work. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent experience. • Possess 3‑5 years of district‑level management and at least 2 years of sales experience. • Demonstrate product line knowledge, leadership, coaching, and organizational skills. • Meet physical demands: bending, squatting, lifting 25 lb, and indoor/outdoor work.
