About the Role

The Senior Manager, Field Operations & Transformation role is a critical leadership position at Renuity, tasked with driving the company’s aggressive expansion agenda through greenfield market entries and new product rollouts. The role blends strategic oversight with hands‑on execution, creating scalable playbooks and ensuring operational excellence in a fast‑paced, private‑equity‑backed environment. A roll‑up‑your‑sleeves mindset is required to balance leadership with tactical delivery. The incumbent will lead end‑to‑end launch of new geographic markets, managing project plans, resources, site selection, facility build‑out, hiring, technology integration, licensing, vendor onboarding, training, and supply‑chain setup. They will oversee the transition from pre‑launch to day‑one activation and the first 30/60/90‑day ramp, being accountable for initial P&L performance and meeting financial and operational targets. Extensive travel (≈75% of the month) to emerging markets is expected. In established divisions, the leader will drive implementation of new products and services, coordinating development, marketing, sales, and operations, and ensuring teams are trained, installation protocols updated, and suppliers and warehouses prepared. They will monitor adoption, collect feedback, and refine rollout strategies. Additionally, they will develop and institutionalize Renuity’s Growth Playbook, standardizing processes for scalable launches. • Lead end‑to‑end greenfield market entry, from site selection to day‑one activation. • Oversee infrastructure build‑out, hiring, technology integration, licensing and vendor onboarding. • Manage initial P&L and ramp‑up performance for new locations. • Drive rollout of new products/services across existing and new markets, ensuring operational readiness. • Coordinate cross‑functional teams (product, marketing, sales, ops) for successful product launches. • Develop and maintain a scalable Growth Playbook for market and product expansion. • Travel up to 75% of the month to emerging markets.
