What You Bring
Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience or familiarity with repairing and maintaining power, HVAC, compressor, and pump equipment. Required knowledge includes generators, power distribution, A/C, heaters, diesel‑driven pumps, basic diesel systems, electronics, and hydraulics, along with strong operational aptitude. The job demands physical activity such as bending, squatting, lifting 25 lb or more, and work both indoors and outdoors. Transferable skills from military occupational codes (e.g., MOS, AFSC, NEC) and related roles such as construction equipment mechanic, field service technician, or maintenance electrician are valued. The position is open to candidates with a variety of related job titles, including heavy‑equipment mechanic, lubricator, oiler, and overhauler.
