About the Role
As a Lead Services Specialist, you will plan and execute field resource deployment to meet customer and business metrics, develop long-range forecasts for regional resource needs, and create short- and long-range resource plans that include recruitment, skills reviews, and advanced training. You will interface with customer service managers on issue escalation, present technical insights to senior leaders and cross-functional teams, and apply appropriate project techniques while handling diverse clients within the region, following established frameworks and negotiating client-specific conditions. • Plan and execute field resource deployment to meet customer and business metrics. • Interface with customer service managers for issue escalation. • Develop long-range forecasts for regional resource needs. • Create and implement short- and long-range resource plans, including recruitment, skills reviews, and advanced training. • Communicate across the organization and present to senior leaders (EB and SEB) on technical strategy. • Choose appropriate project techniques and apply technical know-how. • Manage diverse regional clients, following frameworks and negotiating client-specific conditions.

What You Bring
The role requires an engineering degree or equivalent technical diploma, at least ten years of cementing operations experience, five-plus years of offshore Seahawk experience, proven team management and project leadership skills, and strong teamwork and English communication abilities. • Hold an engineering degree or technical diploma with equivalent experience. • Possess 10+ years of cementing operations experience. • Have 5+ years of offshore Seahawk experience. • Demonstrated experience managing a team. • Proven project leadership abilities. • Excellent teamwork and English communication skills.
