About the Role

In this role you will monitor daily and future capacity reports, work with branch management, and proactively identify staffing solutions through internal teams and contractors. You will ensure service delivery by following up with field technicians, adjusting plans based on real‑time environmental factors, and balancing workloads to meet customer demand cost‑effectively. You will also detect scheduling issues, recommend process improvements, and cultivate strong cross‑functional relationships. • Monitor daily and future capacity reports and coordinate with branch management. • Identify short‑, medium‑, and long‑term staffing needs using internal staff and contractors. • Follow up with field technicians to ensure promised service delivery. • Analyze real‑time environmental impacts (weather, illness, road closures) and adjust plans. • Balance workload between in‑house technicians and external contractors to meet demand cost‑effectively. • Detect scheduling issues and develop solutions for customer needs. • Propose process improvements to enhance service offering. • Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization. • Provide tools, training, and development programs. • Provide comprehensive benefits for employees and families. • Provide high‑performer perks, including eligibility for the President’s Club trip. • Build and maintain strong relationships with team members and customers.

What You Bring

Experience in customer service, preferably in a dispatch or call‑center setting, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment are essential. Strong relationship‑building, multitasking, organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills are also required. • Possess prior customer‑service experience (retail, hospitality, etc.). • Prefer experience in dispatch or call‑center environments. • Thrive in a fast‑paced work environment. • Exhibit strong multitasking, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Have excellent computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Windows applications.
