About the Role
The Technician position performs preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and complex repairs on a variety of equipment such as aerial work platforms, general construction tools, large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC and oil‑and‑gas systems. Work is conducted in a safety‑focused environment to minimize downtime, and technicians must be adaptable to changing priorities in a fast‑paced setting. • Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management • May need to provide tools of the trade • Conduct preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and complex repairs on diverse equipment fleet • Ensure safety and minimize downtime through proper procedures
What You Bring
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, with trade school training preferred, and possess at least five years of experience servicing diesel, heavy‑equipment or specialty‑line machinery. Essential skills include advanced knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, troubleshooting ability, and the flexibility to provide their own tools when required. • Build skills by working on a variety of makes, models & equipment • High school diploma or GED required, some trade school or equivalent training desired • 5+ years of Technician experience with similar diesel equipment and/or heavy equipment or specialty lines equipment (large-scale generators, pumps, HVAC or Oil & Gas equipment) strongly preferred • Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems & troubleshooting skills • Advanced knowledge of electrical systems & troubleshooting skills • Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Lift 50 lb+ and perform physical tasks indoors and outdoors as required
