About the Role

• Manage and deliver a diverse portfolio of energy/utilities projects. • Define, develop and deliver complex multi‑package projects safely, meeting time, budget, quality and KPIs. • Analyse issues, make decisions and drive large infrastructure project delivery. • Liaise with engineering, construction and procurement teams to align objectives. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. • Implement project controls covering budgets, schedule, scope, quality and risk. • Prepare and present formal progress reports, including financial and schedule updates, to senior management and board. • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear goals and objectives. • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. • Collaborate with Project Leadership to enhance delivery strategy.

What You Bring

• Adapt quickly to changing requirements and interpret technical information. • Bring 15+ years experience in construction/energy/engineering, including power system expertise. • Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation and conflict management skills. • Possess commercial awareness and ability to make implementation decisions. • Experience with EPC contracts such as FIDIC, NEC. • Willingness to travel within Ireland. • Desirable: recognised qualification in energy efficiency or renewable energy. • Desirable: experience delivering onshore/offshore renewable projects. • Desirable: understanding of electricity transmission network operation.
