About the Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role throughout the entire project lifecycle, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and international stakeholders on complex infrastructure projects. You will ensure effective cost estimation and management, project financial control, and contract administration across large‑scale developments, often in challenging environments. You will develop comprehensive cost models and quantity schedules for civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, aligning them with international standards and best practices. Strategic cost advice and budget oversight will be provided to support successful project execution across multiple geographies. Financial reporting responsibilities include cash‑flow forecasting, cost variance analysis, and net‑margin assessments, while maintaining strict contractual and commercial oversight. You will also manage risks, negotiate with contractors and suppliers, and ensure compliance with both local and international regulations. Beyond technical expertise, the role requires fostering interdisciplinary and cross‑cultural collaboration and driving continuous improvement in general practices to enhance project and business outcomes. • Develop comprehensive cost estimates and Bills of Quantities for civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. • Provide strategic cost guidance and oversee budget control across multiple project locations. • Perform financial reporting, cash‑flow forecasting, cost variance analysis, and net‑margin assessments. • Maintain contractual and commercial oversight, managing risk and ensuring regulatory compliance. • Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and project outcomes. • Facilitate interdisciplinary and cross‑cultural collaboration while driving continuous improvement. • Contribute to a safety‑focused culture with a zero‑harm vision and award‑winning health‑and‑safety practices.
