About the Role
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for moving material throughout the distribution center using equipment such as hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, and conveyors. You will receive and log incoming inventory, stock items, fulfill shipping orders, and ensure accurate documentation. Maintaining a clean, organized warehouse and adhering to safety and DOT/OSHA standards are core parts of the role. • Move material within the distribution center using hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other equipment. • Receive incoming inventory, log it into the warehouse system, and stock items in the proper location. • Read work orders, shipping orders, or follow verbal instructions to fulfill requests. • Fill customer invoices, verify part numbers, and clean/pack inventory items. • Inspect inventory for defects, scratches, or damage and notify the Warehouse Manager of problems. • Follow all company safety and accident procedures while operating equipment or vehicles. • Track all inventory in the appropriate system continuously. • Organize and clean warehouse space and company equipment as needed. • Report any customer problems or concerns immediately. • Coach fellow associates on operational practices, equipment usage, and safety procedures. • Enforce policies and procedures to ensure efficient, effective, and safe warehouse operations. • Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements to warehouse management. • Suggest ideas to reduce warehouse cost per unit and increase productivity. • Maintain working knowledge of the warehouse data system and perform related tasks. • Deliver supplies and equipment promptly while observing Regulated DOT and OSHA standards. • Operate personal computers and software programs, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

What You Bring
We seek candidates with a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of warehouse experience, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly (occasionally 50 pounds). Forklift experience, computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and strong problem‑solving skills are essential. The role requires long periods of walking or standing and a commitment to high‑quality work. • Hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent. • Have at least one year of warehouse experience. • Possess forklift operating experience; certification is a plus. • Be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
