About the Role

The role involves diagnosing and targeting operational problems at client sites, keeping clients informed of services performed and issues to be resolved, and promoting additional work in coordination with the team leader. The incumbent will prepare project documentation, perform preventive and predictive maintenance on air‑conditioning equipment, and carry out commissioning throughout Quebec, mainly in Greater Montreal, while adhering to all safety standards. • Diagnose and resolve operational issues at client sites. • Communicate service details and pending problems to clients. • Promote and sell additional work in collaboration with the team lead. • Prepare project documentation and service proposals. • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on HVAC equipment. • Conduct commissioning and start‑up across Quebec, primarily Greater Montreal. • Follow all client and Johnson Controls safety standards. • Continuously improve technical skills through online and factory training. • Obtain required certifications as mandated by the company.

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least five years of customer‑service experience, a Compagnon Frigoriste competency card, and preferably a Class 1 gas‑appliance qualification and knowledge of building HVAC mechanics. Strong verbal and written communication skills, leadership ability, a valid driver’s licence, and proficiency with computer tools are required; bilingual French/English is an asset. • Minimum five years of customer‑service experience. • Hold a Compagnon Frigoriste competency card. • Possess Class 1 gas‑appliance technician qualification (preferred). • Knowledge of building HVAC (CVAC) systems (preferred). • Excellent verbal and written communication in French; English proficiency is a plus. • Demonstrated leadership and ability to represent the company positively. • Valid driver’s licence and proficiency with computer tools.
