About the Role

The Transmission Compliance Manager provides project leadership and direction for regulatory compliance within the transmission business, aligning activities with federal, state, and regional requirements. The role works closely with corporate compliance, field operations, and regional transmission organizations to integrate processes and policies. • Lead and implement the Transmission Compliance Plan covering all regulatory bodies (e.g., NERC, WECC, MISO). • Direct development of Transmission Service policies for interconnections and load service. • Manage NERC reliability standards program and coordinate regulator audits. • Provide technical guidance for integration with regional transmission organizations. • Act as liaison for compliance governance and Sarbanes‑Oxley implementation.

What You Bring

Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, business administration, or equivalent experience, plus at least five years of NERC compliance or utility operations experience. Preferred candidates bring investigation and root‑cause analysis experience, familiarity with tools such as RSA Archer, ProjectWise, and SharePoint, and background in transmission planning or operations.
