About the Role
Key duties include serving food and beverages, promptly greeting and acknowledging guests, and operating the point‑of‑sale system with strict cash‑handling compliance. You will manage bar inventory, maintain positive guest relations through effective communication, and ensure courteous departures. Additional responsibilities involve clearing and resetting tables, completing closing side work, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the outlet. You are expected to address guest issues according to departmental guidelines and stay knowledgeable of table assignments and room capacity. • Serve food and beverages to members, owners, and guests • Greet and acknowledge arriving guests in a friendly manner • Operate POS system and follow cash‑handling guidelines • Manage bar inventory and cash bank accountability • Maintain positive guest relations with effective communication • Resolve guest problems according to departmental procedures • Maintain knowledge of table numbers, room capacity, and set‑up • Provide excellent customer service and time‑management

What You Bring
The Fountains Resort in Orlando, FL is seeking a full‑time Pool Bartender. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service to members, owners, and guests while supporting the resort’s success. Candidates must have at least one year of culinary experience and possess required certifications such as a state‑issued Health Card, Food Handler’s Card, and Alcohol Awareness Training certification. Legal age to serve and sell alcohol is mandatory.
